Face Lymphatic Drainage + Buccal Massage combines gentle lymphatic techniques with external and intraoral facial massage to address fluid movement, facial puffiness, muscular tension and tissue mobility.

Face lymphatic drainage uses light, slow and rhythmic techniques throughout the chest, neck and face to support healthy lymphatic fluid movement and help reduce feelings of facial swelling, puffiness and congestion.

Buccal massage is an intraoral technique that uses gloved fingers inside the mouth to access deeper facial muscles that can be difficult to reach externally. Treatment may focus on the cheeks, lips, chin and jaw, helping release muscular and fascial tension and improve facial mobility.

Depending on your individual needs, treatment may include the chest, neck, face, jaw and scalp, along with facial cupping and Gua Sha.

Treatment may help:

  • Reduce temporary facial puffiness and swelling

  • Support healthy lymphatic fluid movement

  • Reduce tension throughout the face and jaw

  • Improve facial muscle and tissue mobility

  • Address muscular and fascial restrictions

  • Reduce feelings of facial tightness or pressure

  • Support healthy circulation

  • Promote relaxation

  • Address tension associated with clenching or jaw activity

  • Reduce muscular tension that may contribute to TMJ-related discomfort or headaches

  • Help relieve feelings of sinus congestion or facial pressure

Who May Benefit?

Face Lymphatic Drainage + Buccal Massage may be a good option for individuals experiencing facial puffiness or fluid retention, facial or jaw tension, feelings of sinus or facial pressure, tightness through the cheeks or jaw, or reduced facial tissue mobility.

It may also be beneficial for those who hold tension in their face and jaw, experience TMJ-related muscular tension or tension-related headaches, or simply want a treatment that combines lymphatic drainage with deeper facial muscle work.

For those primarily looking for gentle fluid movement and relaxation without intraoral work, Face Lymphatic Drainage can also be performed on its own.

Intraoral Buccal Massage is always optional and is only incorporated with your consent.
