Manual lymphatic drainage massage uses slow and gentle techniques to manipulate specific areas of the body to help the lymph move. It helps with swelling from extra lymph fluid in the tissues. It also helps the body get rid of wastes and toxins while delivering essential nutrients and healing to the tissues. It increases circulation in the lymphatic system and targets the parasympathetic nervous system which allows for better sleep, digestion, mood, and promotes relaxation.
It can also help with specific conditions such as headaches, pre-op, post-op, bursitis, arthritis, strains, sprains, scars, & more.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a dynamic style of lymphatic massage that uses rhythmic movements and slightly firmer pressure to support the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body.
This technique encourages fluid movement and may help reduce swelling, support circulation, and decrease bloating.
-
A deeper approach to supporting healthy fluid movement.
It isn’t just about moving fluid. It also looks at how your tissues, fascia, and pressure patterns may influence the way fluid moves throughout the body.
This approach considers areas that may influence fluid movement, including around the:
Lungs
Brain
Intestines
Spleen
Thoracic cavity
That’s why treatment may not always begin where you’re feeling swelling or discomfort.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized technique that uses light, rhythmic movements to support the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body.
For individuals with lymphedema or chronic swelling, treatment may also incorporate principles of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). CDT is a comprehensive approach to lymphedema management that may include MLD, compression therapy, exercise and movement, skin care, and education for long-term self-management.
Treatment is individualized based on your needs and may help reduce and manage swelling, support tissue health, improve comfort and mobility, and promote healthy lymphatic function.

Buccal massage is an intraoral massage that targets the deep-tissue facial muscles using gloved thumbs or index fingers inside the mouth. Buccal massage targets the muscles of the cheek, lips, chin and jaw.
Buccal massage helps relax the muscles and stimulates blood flow and lymphatic drainage. It can also help with TMJ tension.
During a buccal massage we massage the chest, neck, face (external and intra-oral) and scalp. We also will incorporate facial cupping and Gua Sha into your treatment!

A TMJ treatment focuses on reducing fascial restrictions and tension in the muscles of the jaw, face, and neck. It may help decrease jaw pain and headaches while supporting improved jaw mobility.
Treatment includes external work to the jaw and surrounding structures, with optional intraoral techniques to address deeper muscle tension. This can help reduce symptoms such as tightness, discomfort, and clicking or popping in the jaw.
Thoughtful, individualized treatments designed around you. Each session is adapted to your needs, bringing together specialized techniques to support lymphatic function, tissue mobility, relaxation and overall well-being.
